- Microphone Input: Equipped with a transformer-balanced XLR input located on the rear panel, featuring adjustable gain control and selectable 48V phantom power to accommodate both dynamic and condenser microphones.
- Configurable 'Mic On' Button: The unit provides four selectable modes for the microphone button:
- Mic Toggle On/Off: Press once to activate the mic and press again to deactivate.
- Cough Mode (Mic Momentary Off): The mic remains on and turns off only while the button is pressed.
- Momentary On: The mic stays off and activates only while the button is pressed.
- Momentary Off (Intelligent Lever Key): A prolonged press keeps the mic on until released; a quick tap latches it on or off.
- Compressor/Limiter: Features a switchable high-quality compressor/limiter circuit, specifically designed for commentary applications, to maintain consistent audio levels and prevent distortion.
- Monitoring: Includes sidetone activation when the mic is live, allowing commentators to monitor their own voice with adjustable levels via a rear panel control. An external source can also be routed to the headphones for additional monitoring needs. Overall headphone volume is adjustable using the top panel control.
- Outputs: Provides a transformer-balanced program output on a rear panel XLR connector and a 6.35mm headphone jack for monitoring.
- Power Supply: Powered via a USB Type B connector (5V input), with a top panel LED indicating power status.
