In-stock items (those marked with an "In-Stock" indicator) are typically shipped within 24 hours of your order being placed (Monday to Friday excluding holidays). Out-of-stock orders are shipped once the item(s) is back in stock. We will send you a notice once your order has been shipped, which will include a tracking number. Please note that delivery timing will depend on the method of delivery selected at check-out. All shipments require a signature upon delivery

Certain items may qualify for free shipping, which consists of a Ground service at the discretion of You will also have the opportunity to upgrade from the free shipping offer if you desire. All items ship from our warehouse located in the Greater Toronto Area. We are also pleased to offer Local Pick-ups from our GTA warehouse for orders placed online!  Once your order is ready to be picked up, you will receive an email notification, including pick up location. Orders may be picked up Monday to Friday 10:30am - 6:30pm. We will hold items for pick-up for 10 business days unless otherwise arranged. After 10 business days, the order will be cancelled. Special Order items not picked up will be charged a minimum 50% restocking fee.

Freight Shipments, all shipments leaving our warehouse on a skid include pre-paid freight to the threshold of the property. Extra charges which are not pre-paid will automatically be billed to your account. These 'extra' charges can include, but are not limited to: liftgate, inside delivery, residential, appointment, 2 man delivery, peir charges, pallet truck, etc.

Any shipments refused or undeliverable will be returned back to at your expense. Once the package arrives back at our warehouse we will contact you to attempt to re-deliver the order or cancel the order should you wish. This fee is in addition to the shipping fee to send the item to you initially which is non-refundable. will only ship to verified addresses validated either by credit card issuers or PayPal. Shipping to frieght forwarders or redirection of shipments will not be accepted.

Any claim of shipping damage must be made within 5 business days of receipt. 


All returned opened items are subject to a maximum 25% restocking fee.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns will be accepted for refund, exchange or store credit (less restocking fee & shipping) within 30 days of invoice date. will accept returns for defective goods that you have ordered from us within 30 days of invoice date for exchange only.

All Returns must contain all associated packaging and materials (ie accessories, manuals, wires, etc). Merchandise that is not returned in like-new condition, including damages, abuse, marks, showing wear, tampered serial numbers or with missing packaging or accessories, will be subject to additional charges or return rejection. We have the right to refuse any return for any legitimate reason. Shipping and Handling charges (delivery and return) are non-refundable, including any shipping fees not directly incurred that are part of a free shipping promotion. Any items packaged with software, including but not limited to, DJ Controllers, Audio Interfaces, etc., must be returned with the original software disc including serial number and proof of deactivation.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for the following types of products: Customized, special order, used products, clearance products, expendable items, bulk cable, cartridges, replacement lamps/bulbs, opened internal computer hardware, rigging supplies, tape, needles, cleaner kits, effect fluid or juice, software/downloads, gels, music, displays/televisions/monitors, flooring, opened acoustic panels, paper/vinyl backgrounds, installed sound/video products (such as ceiling speakers, in-wall products, installed rack products) that have been installed or parts (replacement, repair or item components) - these products are final sale.

Returns or exchanges for the following items will only be accepted if they are in factory sealed packaging due to hygienic reasons: headphones & microphones.

All returns made MUST be authorized in advance by a customer service representative - and paper work dispatched to you via email. Your RMA form must be included in the box and your RMA number located on the waybill / packaging. Any returned items that arrive without prior approval or missing documentation may be rejected by our shippers. Once received, returns will be processed within 5 business days.

Warranty: is an authorized retailer for each of the brands available on our website. As such, your purchase is authorized for the manufacturer's warranty in Canada.
