Glensound GS-FW028 (formerly GS-TC9) is a 12-circuit desktop 4-wire base station designed for advanced talkback and IFB communication in broadcast control rooms, OB vans, and production studios. Each circuit is fully independent, offering direct control of talkback, monitoring, and IFB interrupt capabilities for streamlined multi-channel communications.

- 12 independent 4-wire circuits with individual talk switches
- Talk switches configurable as momentary or latching
- “Talk to All” button for simultaneous communication to all channels
- 12 IFB (interrupt/standing) inputs for interrupting 4-wire outputs
- Each 4-wire circuit has its own return volume control and presence LED
- Programme input with level control routed to speaker/headphones
- Monitoring via internal loudspeaker and/or headphone jack (6.35 mm)
- Speaker auto-mutes when headphone is inserted
- Integrated gooseneck microphone with adjustable gain
- External mic input via 3-pin XLR with separate gain control
- Compressor/limiter circuit on microphone inputs for consistent audio levels
- All audio connections via rear panel D-type connectors
