Glensound GS-SW008A is a professional-grade 1RU audio switching unit featuring sixteen independent 2-way relays. Designed for use in broadcast environments, it allows seamless switching between two balanced analogue audio sources per channel, ideal for routing between studios or transmitters. The unit supports GPI/loop control and offers both mains and 12V DC powering options.
Features
- Sixteen independent 2-input, 1-output audio relays
- Balanced analogue audio switching via AES59 (Tascam standard) D25 connectors
- Each relay has two input sources (normally open and normally closed) and one output
- Relay defaults to the normally closed input in the event of power loss
