Lowell Manufacturing Company warrants catalog products to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and service, for five (5) years from date of purchase with the following exceptions: Ten (10) years on line-to-neutral surge suppressors that incorporate Lowell’s Triple Clamping Redundancy™ (TCR) technology; one (1) year on electrical/electronic and/or control products/accessories with the exception of surge suppressors with TCR technology which carry a 10 year warranty; one (1) year on repair/replacement products.
Manufacturer's Warranty will cover parts, labour and return shipping back to you once repaired. Shipping into the service centre is not covered
