The Chroma-Q Uploader II is a software storage device designed to upload a new software version from a computer host to new Chroma-Q devices. Built to be lightweight and durable, the unit is ideal for quick and easy software upgrades.
Note
- The Uploader works with a MAC computer but when disconnected, a power-cycle is required after reconnection.
- The USB and XLR cables are not included in the package.

Chroma-Q warrants to the original purchaser, with proof of purchase, that its delivered products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from date of shipment.
Manufacturer's Warranty will cover parts, labour and return shipping back to you once repaired. Shipping into the service centre is not covered
