About: Astera RuntimeExtender Battery Plate - V-Mount
RuntimeExtender is a battery plate to connect standard camera batteries to many Astera lights. This enables you to extend your production and work without worries when shooting films or lighting events. The RuntimeExtender supports a wide range of Astera products.

MOUNTING & CONNECTING
- HexConnect: Special bolt for mounting RuntimeExtender via SuperClamps and GripHeads. The hexagon shape ensures that the bolt will not untie itself. HexConnect can be inserted via the RuntimeExtender’s Airline Track.
- Airline Track: We have integrated an AirlineTrack into most lights released since 2020. This is our newer generation AirlineTrack which we introduced with the PixelBrick, so a wide variety of grips can be inserted.
- Back-to-back: Connect 2 RuntimeExtenders with 2 batteries back-to-back and mount them with only one Super Clamp wherever needed.
