The Aputure CF16 Fresnel Manual Focus Cover is a plate designed to cover the motor cutout on the CF16’s body should users choose to disengage and remove the motor plate to convert the CF16 to manual focus mode. This cover plate must be installed to operate the fresnel safely as it continues to drive the CF16’s onboard fans, critical for cooling the unit. This cover also maintains the CF16’s IP65 rating, protecting the Fresnel from the dust and water.
