Pros:
Worst design ever by Shure. In order to charge the battery you have to remove the rings every time. Complete oversight by Shure.
Cons:
Wish I could say there were any.
Comments:
Just put some colored electrical tape on your mic to color code them

No, I would not recommend this to a friend
