Electro-Voice EVOLVE 50 G2 12in Column Speaker System - White

Electro-Voice EVOLVE 50 G2 12in Column Speaker System - White

Go louder for bigger crowds, and travel lighter between gigs. The classic EVOLVE column, now in its second generation, delivers more output, more range, and more control. EVOLVE 50 G2 stacks a 12-inch subwoofer and a column of eight 3.5-inch drivers into one 1,500 W system, all of it wirelessly controlled via the QuickSmart App. What hasn’t changed is the setup. The pole seats on a magnet, the array locks by gravity, the signal routes inside. What’s new is higher output of up to 129 dB, improved portability, and more DSP options. Like every EVOLVE G2 model, it adds extended Bluetooth range, switchable 48 V phantom power, and QuickSmart Link for stereo setups. Built for DJs, bands, production companies, event organizers, and venues.

• Up in a Minute: Magnet-seated pole and gravity-held column connect by hand, no tools.
• Fills the Room Evenly: 120° horizontal by 40° down-tilted vertical covers sitters and standers.
• Hits Hard for Its Size: 1,500W Class-D and a 12" sub reach 129 dB, down to 37 Hz.
• Inputs and Effects: Enhanced flexibility with 48V switchable phantom power, enhanced FX, and new QuickSmart Link connector.
• Run It from Your Phone: QuickSmart App controls multiple systems over Bluetooth.
• Bag It and Go: The distance pole and column array come prepackaged in a padded carrying bag.

SAME SIGNATURE SOUND, WITH MORE OUTPUT

Under the hood, the G2 models answer the most consistent request from the EVOLVE community by raising maximum SPL to 125 dB on the 30M G2 and 129 dB on the 50 and 50M G2 models. That extra headroom covers larger rooms and fuller dance floors, while the precise 120° x 40° coverage pattern delivers even, detailed sound to every listener.

New features - Upgrades in all the right places

EVOLVE 50 G2 improves the peak output of the previous generation, enhances connectivity, and provides greater portability.

• Better than before: Higher maximum SPL up to 129 dB, 4 inputs with DSP, improved Bluetooth range, and QuickSmart Link for stereo audio and control.
• Take a look: Upgraded DSP features, such as music ducking, and switchable 48V phantom power, controllable via a larger, color LCD screen.
• High-fidelity & high-output bass: Subwoofer laminar flow vent design enhances the low-frequency output and efficiency.
• Hold on: Redesigned subwoofer handles on top make load-in and load-out noticeably easier.
  • Matching soft padded covers (sold separately).
• Run it wirelessly: QuickSmart App 3.0: a new interface for faster, easier mixing and full wireless control.
