The PT-CASE-ELITE is a rolling hardcase designed to fit the PT-ELITE-V2, PT-ELITE-PRO, and the PT1200 teleprompters. When we ship these teleprompters they are packed with custom foam designed to fit into the PT-CASE-ELITE. Becasue of this the case is shipped empty and all you have to do is drop in the foam from your original package. This keeps the price of the case lower and it helps keep your teleprompter safe when it intally ships.

Ikan International Corporation warranties to the first end-user that the product will, under normal use and when received in its original container, be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the purchase date, according to the original sales receipt or invoice.
Manufacturer's Warranty will cover parts, labour and return shipping back to you once repaired. Shipping into the service centre is not covered
