FRAME - The lightweight workhorse. Engineered and manufactured in Austria.

High precision extruded aluminum profiles and snap joints define the skeleton of the projection screen. The entire frame block unfolds and the snap joints lock automatically. No parts can get lost and set up is intuitive.

Our unique combination of in house development, sophisticated CNC machinery and handpicked materials as well as quality control enables us to achieve the least tolerances and the longest part life times on the market.

The projection screen’s technology core.

In order to fit a large scale projection screen into a tiny case its frame has to be folded. In order to ensure precision for the set up projection screen and an ultra long lifetime with thousands of cycles we have spent huge efforts on the joint’s development. The result is our award winning, internationally patented and high precision engineered auto locking snap joint with one touch push button release. Internal stabilizers provide for greater durability at the folding hinge points.

CORNER HINGE AND BRACE - It is the little details that make the difference.

Reinforced multifunction corner-hinges increase the stability of the frame. Elements for attaching drapes can be plugged in. Especially engineered corner braces lock in place to ensure the screen´s stability and accuracy and are invisible even when rear projection surfaces are used.

SET UP - Intuitive. Simple. Safe.

Setting up a Monolyte projection screen is as simple as it sounds even for low utilization users.

FRAME SET UP

• Set the screen so that the legs are placed towards the ground.
• Unfold the frame along the horizontal bars. The snap joints will engage automatically. 
• Unfold the leg elements to both sides and close the hinges. 
• Raise the upper horizontal frame bar. The snap joints will engage automatically. 
• Close the four corner hinges.

SURFACE AND SKIRT MOUNTING

• Lay out the surface on the frame with the label „OBEN-TOP“ corresponding with the upper frame bar. 
• Attach the surface to the frame. Press on the projection surface by starting at one corner and fasten the buttons one by one. 
• Lift the screen to unfold the legs. The snap joints will engage automatically. 
• Secure the legs with the corner hinges on the backside of the frame. 
• Finally attach the drape along the double studs on the projection surface and along the lateral studs on the legs.

SOFT BAG WITH WHEELS - Standard Delivery. Lightweight Design.

All mobile projection screens ship with a dedicated roller bag which is lined with protective foam and has a hard bottom. Smooth-running rubber wheels ensure ease of transport wherever you take your mobile projection screen.

CASE - Robust Design for daily Life on Stage.

The stockable and sturdy flight cases with integrated rollers are available in two sizes. The woven strap with a buckle belt, well known from the aircraft industry, ensures maximum safety and stability.

BUCKLE-BELT - ​Robust. Inspired by the Aviation Industry.

Strong woven belts keep the case’s top cover in place. Inspired from the aviation industry we have applied a buckle to ensure simple and safe operation.

SURFACE BAG - ​Perfect Protection for the Perfect Surface.

The surface is shipped folded in special foam lined sheets which can be opened quick and easy using a zip fastener. The surface sheets feature a pocket for the type label, surface dimensions and the projection screen assembly guide.

TUBE SURFACE BAG - Transport your rolled Surfaces.

This tubular bag is the perfect way to transport your rolled up surfaces. It features a transparent side pocket for adding a type label that is used to display important product information like e.g. surface dimensions. The pocket can also hold the small screen assembly guide.
