Better utilize meeting and conference rooms in your office with the graphite Tap Scheduler LCD Scheduling Display from Logitech. Using the included mounts and built-in cable management, the Tap Scheduler is designed to provide a sleek and professional appearance outside any room. Once installed, employees can use the easy-to-read 10.1" touchscreen to view room information, book a meeting for a specific time and date, or claim an unoccupied room for an impromptu chat. With red and green LED borders, it's easy to see if a room is available at a distance. The panel is powered by your company's existing PoE network, or via a PoE injector and ethernet cable (not included), and integrates with a host of popular communication platforms.
Platform Support & Management:
The Tab Scheduler is designed to seamlessly integrate with Microsoft Teams, Zoom Rooms, Robin, and Meetio. It can also be managed using Logitech Sync, Microsoft Teams Admin Center, or Zoom Device Management platforms.
Mount Anywhere:
Nearly any room is compatible thanks to included glass, mullion, and wall mounts.
Durable Display:
The Tap Scheduler offers a 10-point multi-touch display with anti-fingerprint properties, helping it look great day after day. The screen is also sealed, allowing it to withstand regular cleaning.
Connectivity:
The 10.1" screen can be interacted with in person, over a 10/100 Mb/s Ethernet network, or via Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac). The Tap Scheduler is also Bluetooth-compatible, but this feature is not yet functional at the time of this writing.
