About: ProAm USA Articulating Triple Magnet Arms with Grip Heads (Set of 3 Arms)
Allows flexible positioning of the Modus Mount and other car mounting rigs.
Each solid aluminum arm is 12" long and connects by an all-metal grip head to an array of 3 neodymium magnets. The magnets are rubber coated for safe mounting to vehicles.
- Features a standard 5/8 inch baby pin
- Each magnet contains six 1/2 inch neodymium magnets
- Rubber coating prevents scratches on vehicles
- Up to 40 pounds of vertical pulling strength per magnet*
- *While the vertical pulling strength maxes at 40 pounds, real world conditions reduce the operating weight limit. Mounted loads will put additional torque on the magnet. Camera and lights, when mounted, raise the center of gravity of the mount making it easier to remove. Always use a secondary method of securing the device being mounted such as a lanyard or tie-down.
