We give a 3-year limited warranty on the TMA-1 and TMA-2 and a 2-year limited warranty on all other products from the date of original purchase against defects in material or workmanship if purchased from an authorized AIAIAI distributor or reseller. AIAIAI will repair or replace the defective product at its discretion if returned within the warranty period to our service facility together with the proof of purchase stating the date of purchase.
This 3-year limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse of the product, use contrary to instructions in the product's manual, unauthorized disassembly or an act of God. You will boid your warranty if you drop your headphones or dip them in water.
Manufacturer's Warranty will cover parts, labour and return shipping back to you once repaired. Shipping into the service centre is not covered
