Field Monitor is a premium IFB headset, that is designed for ears of all sizes with a comfortable hook, or a simple ear bud. The hook on the HT Field Monitor swivels to fit each ear, and comes with two sizes of silicone ear buds to give you the best fit possible. The cable is straight, not coiled, and won't kink easily. The connector is a 1/8" mono mini, and also includes a stereo-to-mono adapter to use with all audio applications. It is compatible with IFBs from all brands.
