Align Array’s powered handheld reader is designed to both power your laser inclinometer as well as report angle and orientation on the LCD display. By directly connecting to the AL3 laser inclinometer using a CAT cable, the RD3 reads/resets the default IP address of the inclinometer, no configuration required. Control blink rate and laser on/off using the soft touch buttons on the front of the Reader 3. Powered by 6 AA batteries for up to 90 minutes of run-time. (Optional AC adaptor available).
Power Your Reader Anywhere
The Reader 3 from Align Array is designed to connect directly to the Align Array 3 laser inclinometer and allows for instant readout of information while providing power to the laser. Powered by 6 AA batteries, the Reader 3 also factory resets the AL3 to aid in troubleshooting. Simply plug in the Reader 3 to an Align Array 3 and wait for the laser to boot. Once booted, the laser will be reset to factory settings.
Applications
Using the Align Array Reader 3 (RD3) to power and read angle measurements of deployed (AL3) lasers. Simply plug in an etherNET or etherCON cable and power on the Reader 3. The Reader 3 will power the AL3 laser and report the current angle of the PA.
Optional Accessories
The Reader 3 can optionally be powered via AC adaptor (sold separately).
