Like the “Soyuz Sound” the Tula features an open top end that’s never harsh, a pleasant midrange and a low end that’s full without being boomy. Featuring Burr Brown op amps and dedicated cardioid and omni capsules, the Tula provides professional quality audio in a wide variety of situations.

The Design

‘Tula’ means ‘balance’ in Sanskrit. We designed the Tula Mic to be modern yet nostalgic, substantial yet portable, packed with the latest tech and yet simple to use.

Active Noise Cancellation

Tula has partnered with Klevgrand, a Swedish software company, to embed their revolutionary Brusfri noise reducing algorithm into Tula's software so that, with the touch of a button, you can remove unwanted background noise.

The Features

Despite its convenient size, the Tula boasts even more useful features than its competitors. It’s both a USB microphone and a mobile recorder with multiple polar patterns. It has a unique noise reduction system and the headphone jack doubles as an input for a lav mic. It’s quite possibly the only mic you’ll ever need.

Our firmware engineer collaborated with the folks at Klevgrand to create an embedded version of their Brusfri noise reduction algorithm that can make an ordinary room sound like a recording studio with just the touch of a button.
