ClearSonic HF64 hinge is offered for those who need to replace the hinges on a 66” H non-grooved off-brand acrylic sound shield panel or to connect a ClearSonic acrylic sound shield panel to an off-brand shield. Connection is secured by rows of ‘finger’s that grip the edge of the panel creating a friction hold. This is a less secure connection than our standard H64 hinge that utilizes our ‘tooth-in-groove’ mechanical lock system for the most secure and longest lasting connection.

- Made of strong and durable plastic
- Fits acrylic panels with thickness measuring 3/16” to 1/4”
- Full-length hinges provide superior sound isolation compared to competitors whose hinges leave exposed seams between panels for sound to escape.
- Flexible hinge bends 180 degrees in one direction and 90 degrees in the other allowing for accordion style folding. This makes it easier to ship, store, and transport, and allows for a more customized shield footprint.

All ClearSonic Mfg products are warranted against material defects for one year from the time of purchase.
This warranty does not cover Acrylic sheet or other ClearSonic sheet products scratched from normal wear and tear, nor does it cover surface fogging caused by improper cleaning techniques. Hinge components are warranted for one year.
Manufacturer's Warranty will cover parts, labour and return shipping back to you once repaired. Shipping into the service centre is not covered
