The True North Snow Machine is capable of producing a light, fluffy snowfall, to a raging snow storm. By simply adjusting the variable level control - 100% control is achieved. This is possible due to the carefully formulated, dry environmentally safe True North Snow Fluid. The secret is in the fluid and we are extremely proud of this first in snow making production.
The True North Snow Machine comes with our standard One-Year Warranty on all parts and service.

Hardware products come with a five year warranty on parts and labor. Unless stated otherwise, this will refer to manufacturer defects only. All warranty is based on destination of the original sale. Any additional costs incurred are the responsibility of the Dealer and/ or the customer. Abuse or poor maintenance is not accepted. Proof of purchase and/or proof of sale for machines and Ultratec Special Effects fluids must always accompany all warranty returns.
Using any fluid other than Ultratec Special Effects fluids voids all warranty on machines.
Manufacturer's Warranty will cover parts, labour and return shipping back to you once repaired. Shipping into the service centre is not covered
