Ultratec´s Silent Storm is a remarkably quiet snow machine with built-in 2-channel DMX for both fan speed and flow control. It boasts 70% more output than its predecessor and is taking the snow machine market by storm (silently we might add).
The Silent Storm comes with our standard One-Year Warranty on all parts and service.

Hardware products come with a five year warranty on parts and labor. Unless stated otherwise, this will refer to manufacturer defects only. All warranty is based on destination of the original sale. Any additional costs incurred are the responsibility of the Dealer and/ or the customer. Abuse or poor maintenance is not accepted. Proof of purchase and/or proof of sale for machines and Ultratec Special Effects fluids must always accompany all warranty returns.
Using any fluid other than Ultratec Special Effects fluids voids all warranty on machines.
Manufacturer's Warranty will cover parts, labour and return shipping back to you once repaired. Shipping into the service centre is not covered
