The Strut STR-MP6 is a Custom-Fit Field Case for Sound Devices MixPre-6 II. It is a small-footprint, lightweight protective case for efficient location work. It has a removable rain top with a clear vinyl window that can also function as a sunshade and converts to a discreet travel cover. Attachment points left and right for headphones or a small coil of cable.

In addition to the padded main compartment, there is a large padded pocket designed primarily for wireless receivers, and is built to hold up to four wireless Sennheiser G4 or similar-sized receivers, or four Lectrosonic SRC duals, (fits three receivers if using BDS in one of the available spaces). The roll-back lid of the pocket allows it to double as a versatile accessory pocket for those not using RX systems (see detail). This case can accommodate most NP-F* sled options, NP-1, Remote Audio, or various USB-C type power banks. RX Pocket

• Front padded pocket lid rolls back on itself out of the way when using wireless RX.
• Inside the pocket are four slots to hold wireless devices secured by heavy elastic. It holds up to four Sennheiser G4 or similar-sized receivers or Lectrosonic SRC duals.
• There is a wiring port through to the main compartment
• Additional devices such as Comtek can be clipped to the rim of the pocket
• Velcro on front and bottom of the pocket are for adjustments to the raintop/travel cover.
• Pocket lid option makes for a handy accessory pocket if not using receivers.
• Center tab to cinch contents when multiple receivers are used.

Battery Door

• Battery wrap closure accommodates 4 and 8 x AA sleds, NP-F* sled options, NP-1, Remote Audio, and various USB-C type power options
• 2-pc wrap results in a neat battery cover leaving ends open if wiring is needed (eg NP-1 or USB-C). Interior Velcro secures battery in place.

Body Side

• Left and right Velcro boots to seal around cables.

• Included HAR-2 chest harness attaches with swivel hooks to top “D” rings only.

Boot Zippers

• Each boot has a zippered access for easy XLR disconnects, encoder and headphone adjustment, discreet in-production cabling
• Comes with zipper-pulls low-light tracers for quiet operation.
• The boot also has hook and loop sealing capability or has a flip-top so it can be rolled back if environmental protection is not needed.
