The SHAPE BP-U100 Lithium-Ion battery is compatible with a range of Sony cameras, including the FX6, FX9, and various PMW/PXW models. It features two 11-16.8V D-tap ports for powering cine-style accessories and a 5V USB port, with battery capacity easily monitored through a 4-segment LED meter. All SHAPE products and accessories are covered by a manufacturer's warranty solely on CNC machined parts.
All calls for service or repairs should be referred and sent directly to SHAPE. For an out of box failure, you may contact SHAPE by email [email protected] or call 1-888-968-9810 (Canada/U.S.) or 1-450-447-4444.
Manufacturer's Warranty will cover parts, labour and return shipping back to you once repaired. Shipping into the service centre is not covered
