Pros:

Well made.
Easy to use.
Affordable.
Very decent sound.

Cons:

None for the price.

Comments:

Well it's an Neutrik XLR Connector, it's pretty much a standard and lives up to it. You might get better quality components at higher prices; you'll need to buy expensive wires and soldering metal too and should have very high end gear to justify paying more on better connectors.
