Pros:
<p>- Unlockable front mount for regular RJ45 connections. - only 3 pieces (body, cable clamp, and taper lock)</p>
Cons:
<p>This connector has to be installed on an unterminated cable. Unlike the competitor, Neutrik which can be installed on ready to go network cables.</p>
Comments:
<p>There&#39;s a way around it. I used side-cutters to split the taper lock nut and inner cable clamp. Using needle nose pliers to gently split it open to squeeze the cable in. After that I used several layers of heat shrink tubing to secure the taper lock nut, which can be removed as many times as needed.</p>
