Auto Lighting, tailored to you

The amaran Cam reads the exposure on your face and works with connected amaran lights through the amaran Desktop App to automatically tune your lighting for a camera-ready result in just 10 seconds. For two-light setups, choose from three looks: Even delivers clean and balanced coverage; Defined adds shape and depth; Bold creates stronger contrast and mood. Auto Lighting tailors each look to your face, reducing the guesswork of balancing camera and lighting settings.

Premium image quality, right from your desk

Capture fine details and smooth movement in 4K at up to 60fps as creators gesture, react, or showcase products across livestreams and recordings. Paired with a large 1/1.3” sensor and wide f/1.68 aperture, the amaran Cam keeps faces, products, and surroundings clean and detailed, with better low-light performance and natural background separation for a polished, dimensional image.

Accurate color you can trust

Backed by amaran’s color science and refined with professional colorists, the amaran Cam delivers reliable, true-to-life color straight from the camera. Tuned across a range of skin tones, it keeps creators looking natural and balanced on screen with fewer unnatural shifts – whether for beauty, lifestyle, or everyday on-content. And when showing makeup, clothing, and products on screen, the amaran Cam keeps their colors closer to how they appear in your scene.

Closer shots, clearer focus

From product demos to close-ups, the amaran Cam lets creators move from a wider view to a tighter shot with 2x lossless zoom that maintains 4K output, highlighting the details that matter most without sacrificing clarity. As attention shifts, fast PDAF/CAF hybrid autofocus locks onto the next subject in under 1/4 second, staying steady with less focus hunting.

More ways to create

Multi-Cam lets you build out your setup with up to 4 amaran Cams for more coverage, from a main view to overhead product angles. When content calls for a vertical frame, simply rotate the camera to automatically switch orientation without cropping or loss in image quality. Manage and fine-tune camera settings in the amaran Desktop App – alongside controls for connected amaran lighting and audio – and use the Virtual Camera to unlock features like Green Screen, Beauty, Filters, and more, while continuing to create in the platforms you already know – including OBS Studio, Twitch, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. From getting camera-ready with Auto Lighting to fine-tuning in the amaran Desktop App, the amaran Cam brings more of the desktop creation workflow into one connected experience.
