I didn't have high expectations for this rack, but I was pleasantly surprised. At first I thought it would be too flimsy, but once you bolt in a few rack devices it becomes quite sturdy.
Center of gravity is good. It's worth noting that you'll need 10-32 screws for this, not metric. Also, the only thing controlling the width of this rack is the rack devices themselves, so although 19 inch racks are more normal, if you have several 'half-rack' items, this would do the job perfectly.
I'm using this for your Eurorack modular and some effects boxes, and it's perfectly fine. If you are hoping to use this to store 12U of servers, this likely isn't appropriate.
