Pros:
none to be seen

Cons:
too heavy, poor clamp, does not hold position

Comments:
I have a desk mic stand for my Heil PR40 mic. I had hoped to get a pop filter to fit it. This pop filter was sent. It does not clip onto the desk stand, it is too heavy for my shock mount and the flexible neck cannot withstand the weight of the mesh head. There are not a lot of options for pop filters unfortunately.

Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
