Our fluid has been included in the "Equipment Based Guidelines for the Use of Theatrical Smoke and Haze" that has been prepared with the support of Equity League Pension and Health Trust Funds et al., and can be used in compliance with ANSI standards for theatrical fog and the PLASA (previously ESTA) Fog Testing Program. Hardware products come with a five year warranty on parts and labor. Unless stated otherwise, this will refer to manufacturer defects only. All warranty is based on destination of the original sale. Any additional costs incurred are the responsibility of the Dealer and/ or the customer. Abuse or poor maintenance is not accepted. Proof of purchase and/or proof of sale for machines and Ultratec Special Effects fluids must always accompany all warranty returns.
Using any fluid other than Ultratec Special Effects fluids voids all warranty on machines.
Manufacturer's Warranty will cover parts, labour and return shipping back to you once repaired. Shipping into the service centre is not covered
