Pros:

Rack was easy to mount, easy to set up. Very sturdy and thick gauge steel.

Cons:

the cable knockouts on top and bottom were not punched properly and wouldn&#39;t come out. Top and bottom plates with the punchouts got totally mangled trying to get the cable knockouts out. I remove these kind of knockouts all the time, and on steel cases this thick. This was a manufacturing defect. Also, for a $1000 18u rack, you&#39;&#39;d think they could have included $5 worth of rack screws, since the rails don&#39;t use the standard cage nuts and limit you to 10/32 fine thread screws.

Comments:

Will be advising colleagues to avoid gator products. Manufacturing defects caused the install to take an extra day to drill out the incompletely punched knockouts and to get the machine screws (pandemic in-person shopping restrictions).

Bottom Line:

No, I would not recommend this to a friend

The warranty is good for the first owner and will cover any damages or problems that occur through the normal use of the product. Unfortunately, this does not cover things like using your case as a speed bump, tossing it from high buildings, or leaving it outside during a hurricane.

Manufacturer's Warranty will cover parts, labour and return shipping back to you once repaired. Shipping into the service centre is not covered
