Ordering:
The advertisements on the Site are invitations to you to make offers to purchase products and services on the Site and are not offers to sell. AVShop.ca's acceptance of an order will be deemed once a shipping notice has been dispatched to you via email, and at which time forms a legally binding contract with Shopstix Inc., the operator of AVShop.ca.
AVShop.ca reserves the right to terminate any order for any reason, including, but not limited to: a) where goods are not available; b) where payment authorization cannot be obtained; or c) in the event of a pricing or product description error. If your order has been terminated due to a pricing mis-print, an opportunity will be made available for you to purchase the product at the correct price.
If you wish to cancel your offer you must notify us in writing before receiving notice that your order has been shipped to you. If your order has already shipped, then we unfortunately cannot fulfill your cancellation request.
Price Matching:
If you find a lower price from any other authorized Canadian dealer on an identical product, please let us know. We'll be happy to let you know if we can meet or beat the lower price that you have found.

Taxes:
Applicable taxes will be added to your order upon checkout. This includes GST or HST for all orders shipping within Canada. AVShop.ca is not responsible for any taxes or duties charged by customs as the result of shipments outside of Canada.

Shipping:
In-stock orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of your order being placed (Monday to Friday excluding holidays). Out-of-stock orders are shipped once the item(s) is back in stock. We will send you a notice once your order has been shipped, which will include a tracking number. Please note that delivery timing will depend on the method of delivery selected at check-out.
Certain items may qualify for free shipping, which consists of a Ground service at the discretion of AVShop.ca. You will also have the opportunity to upgrade from the free shipping offer if you desire. Free Shipping offers apply only to shipments within Canadian provinces, excluding territories and regions deemed "out of bounds" or rural. Restrictions Apply - Click here for details. Insurnace for the first $100 is also included for FREE, and additional insurance is available for purchase during check-out.
All items ship from our warehouse located in the Greater Toronto Area. As of November 2011, we are please to offer Local Pick-ups from our GTA warehouse for orders placed online! Once your order is ready to be picked up, you will recieve an email notification, including pick up location. All ordres may be picked up Monday to Friday 10:30am - 6:00pm. Unfortunately we are not able to release any orders for pick up without proper identification, including photo ID and the credit card used to place the order.
Returns:
All returned opened items are subject to a maximum 25% restocking fee.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns will be accepted for refund, exchange or store credit (less restocking fee & shipping) within 30 days of invoice date.
AVShop.ca will accept returns for defective goods that you have ordered from us within 30 days of receipt for exchange only.
All Returns must contain all associated packaging and materials (ie accessories, manuals, wires, etc). Merchandise that is not returned in brand-new condition, including damages, abuse, marks, showing wear, or with missing packaging or accessories, will be subject to additional charges. Shipping and Handling charges (delivery and return) are non-refundable, including any shipping fees not directly incurred that are part of a free shipping promotion. Any items packaged with software, including but not limited to, DJ Controllers, Audio Interfaces, etc., must be returned with the original software disc including serial number and proof of deactivation.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for the following types of products: Customized, special order, used products, clearance products, expendable items, cartridges, replacement lamps/bulbs, tape, needles, cleaner kits, effect fluid or juice, software, gels, and music. These products are final sale.
Returns or exchanges for the following items will only be accepted if they are in factory sealed packaging due to hygenic reasons: headphones & microphones.
All returns made MUST be authorized in advance by a custmer service representative - and paper work dispatched to you via email. Your RMA form must be included in the box and your RMA nubmer located on the waybill / packaging. Any returned items that arrive without prior approval or missing documentation may be rejected by our shippers.
Warranty:
AVShop.ca is an authorized retailer for each of the brands available on our website. As such, your purchase is authorized for the manufacturers warranty.
